We follow and abide by all rules by the city of Gilbert, state of Arizona and Booking Channel and do NOT allow any Large Gatherings or Parties to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood and respect the families around us. ** The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 2 cars, you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation. ** Cars may only be parked in the actual driveway. ** The garage is now a game room. ** A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the firepit falls under the same guidelines. ** USE OF POOL: The property is not staffed. The guest is responsible for their own safety. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. ** Please do NOT remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on guest. ** Please note that there are trees in the backyard that provide much-needed shade during the warmer seasons. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control. In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this. We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.
