Additionally, the fourth guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own en suite bathroom, providing added privacy. For additional flexibility, there's a fifth open room furnished with a pull-out couch queen size bed, providing an extra sleeping space when needed, this home ensures convenience and comfort for a memorable stay. Optional Pool and/or Spa Heating - Please be advised that the nightly rate for pool and spa heating is $150. When you opt for pool heating and/or spa heating, the temperature of both will be maintained between 70-85 degrees. - It's important to note that heating the pool requires approximately 12 hours. Therefore, we kindly request that you inform us in advance and make the necessary payment ahead of time. Additionally, please understand that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously. - For your convenience, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you require heating services. If you require last-minute heating, please be aware that it may take some time for the pool or spa to warm up and reach the desired temperature.
