Firm: 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 60 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your check-in you will receive a 50% refund (minus the service fee). No refund will be issued if you cancel within 30 days of your check-in. If a lease agreement has been signed, this policy is not refundable.
