The home is only a 3 minute drive or 1.4mi to Bellair Beach Access point #1, which is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL white sand beaches on the west coast of Florida. The home is located around the corner from White Knuckle Water Sports, along with Westshore Pizza, Bonefish Grill, and Walgreens. There are tons of restaurants, shops, water activities, and beaches within minutes for you to enjoy. Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
