This was designed and professionally decorated in 2022 making you feel right at home. This condo features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with laundry room on site. This unit would be great for a long term stay or a short fun filled weekend. Inquire today!! • No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • Minimum rental age is 25 • For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. • Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. • Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out. • There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load. •We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit.
