Welcome to beautiful Wells and our condo, Seascapes. The sunrises are spectacular and the sunsets are just as amazing! Enjoy these wonders of nature on our comfortable deck or step over to the beach and river to immerse yourself in all that this pro...perty has to offer. Just steps away from Wells Beach and the town center, this meticulously cared-for beach rental has views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, Webhannet River, and Wells Harbor!! Two lovely bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own 3/4 shower/bath and outside deck with table and chairs (with VIEWS), and the other having 2 twin beds (views also), a TV, and lots of light. Fully appliance kitchen with D/W and STUNNING views! Enjoy the outside deck on this 3rd-floor property; its space resembles that of a veranda and its views of the Webhannet River and Wells Harbor on one side and the ocean on the other are inviting your presence! The living room is sunny, sporting a pull-out sofa with a mattress topper for added comfort, TV, and views of the Ocean. Two bathrooms, one with a tub, and the master bedroom have a stand-up shower. Central A/C and ceiling fans too. This condo is wonderfully perched high enough to feel like heaven, just down the road from Wells center with its restaurants, shops, and arcade...as well as nearby trolley stops to explore Ogunquit or more of Wells while riding on a classic trolley. There is also a quaint common area with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There is no doubt this fantastic condo, with Cathedral ceilings throughout, will surely delight and satisfy your beach getaway!! The public way to Wells Beach is just across from this property. Wells Beach is a flat, soft sand beach that is great for families, surfing, swimming, and finding crabs and/or fishing off the jetty in the harbor. Bring your own Kayaks and launch them from the harbor, or rent one, for an unforgettable paddle! Note: No Smoking on property or premises. We do not provide propane refills for gas grills. Fireplaces are not to be operated, for decorative use only. Linens are included.
