Please note the following: Starting June 19, 2025, all guests must stop at the Tripoli Ct. guardhouse to check in. A booking confirmation showing the property address, check-in/out dates, and names of all drivers must be presented. Gate codes are no longer valid. Guests will receive a proxy card for entry, which deactivates automatically at check-out. Beginning August 1, 2025, a $20 vehicle use fee per car will apply unless eligible for exemption. Parking limits per home: 4–5 bedrooms: max 3 vehicles 6–7 bedrooms: max 4 vehicles 8–9 bedrooms: max 5 vehicles Off-site parking is required for vehicles exceeding the home's limit.
