The master suite features a king-size bed for ultimate comfort, while the guest bedroom offers two twin-sized beds perfect for friends or family. With a cozy pull-out sofa in the living room, our condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Immerse yourself in island living with direct beach access, and unwind on the spacious balcony. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only. This is a residential community, not a resort. No Pets Allowed!
