Enjoy the spa heater, which runs automatically from 5 PM to 10 PM as ...a complimentary service. NOTE: The fireplace is purely for decorative purposes and is not for use. A fee will be applied if it is found to have been used during your stay. Thank you for your understanding. NOTE: There are trees in the backyard that provide much-needed shade during the warmer seasons. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control. In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this. We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.
