Great Space for traveling Consultants and is perfect for longer stays. This space comes with one Queen Bed Gel Memory Mattress in each room, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, and a couch. It has almost everything you will need for your stay! Located in Downtown Indianapolis, you will be spoiled for choice of where to eat or shop. This building is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max! Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! Use of Common Amenities: *Rooftop Lounge access. *Movie Room access. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. This is a self-check-in; you can access the building from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests, please be respectful of others while using shared amenities. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance.
