If we attempt to contact the guest and they dont have a working phone number we will cancel the reservation without refund. 10. All guests must be declared on the reservation. We require the full name and contact information for any person staying. Any undeclared guest will be charged $40 per night and could still lead to removal of the reservation if any of the guests are deemed an unsuitable guest by the host. 11. If you have a complaint about an aspect of the property whether cleanliness, amenities or otherwise upon addressing this complaint to the 3rd party or us you are authorizing us to come into the property to solve the problem. We do not require permission to access the property to remedy anything that you deem unsuitable. 12. You will treat and leave the property with respect. This includes replacing any moved items or furniture to it's original location. 13. Quiet hours are between 11PM and 7AM so as to not disturb neighbors. 14. Parking is provided in the parking lot for 3 cars.
