Home owners take pride in their condo and will not tolerate loud or obnoxious behavior Please note Ocean City Vacation Homes provides a nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee that will be assessed to protect you from accidental damage during your stay. Pre-existing damages must be reported to Ocean City Vacation Homes upon taking occupancy of property or property will be assumed as in good condition. This waiver will cover the interior of the rental property only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. This does not cover intentional acts, theft, damages caused by pets, loss or forgotten personal belongings, or damage caused by any motorized vehicle. The maximum amount of coverage is $1,000. Ocean City Vacation Homes has the final say to determine if the damage is covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Guest damages not reported or damages that exceed $1,000 will be charged to the guest credit card. Additional passes may be purchased for $70 a piece or $25 a day (2024 pricing) from the Sunset Island office. 3 Parking passes are included with the community fee. Additional parking IF available is $70 per car. There is room to park 3 average size vehicles on the townhouse property. Large trucks and SUVs will limit your parking space, please plan accordingly.
