No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony. - Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines. - All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean Citys noise control ordinance.
