The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines. - All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. We will provide a valid parking permit that should be displayed while parking in assigned spots. You will have two spaces in addition to street parking. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance. Other owners are aggressive in reporting noise violations to the Ocean City Police.
