Pre-existing damages must be reported to Ocean City Vacation Homes upon taking occupancy of property or property will be assumed as in good condition. This waiver will cover the interior of the rental property only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. This does not cover intentional acts, theft, damages caused by pets, loss or forgotten personal belongings, or damage caused by any motorized vehicle. The maximum amount of coverage is $1,000. Ocean City Vacation Homes has the final say to determine if the damage is covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Guest damages not reported or damages that exceed $1,000 will be charged to the guest credit card. Must be 25+ years old to rent.
