Newly renovated boutique building with private parking, 24 hour security, elevator and controlled access. Our rooftop has a grill, tables and sun umbrellas to enjoy a good barbecue. It also has billiards and TV area to chill after a hard working day... or a day out exploring the city. There is an equiped gym so you can keep in shape during your stay. There is a laundry room with 4 washing machines and dryers to keep your clothes sparkling clean. access Located in Anzures neighborhood near the cosmopolitan area of Polanco where you will find some of the best restaurants in the city, parks, shopping malls, museums and nightlife. We are located 5 minutes from the Angel of Independence, the American Embassy, Chapultepec Forest, the Antropology Museum, and the Roma/Condesa neighborhoods. transit You will be in one of the biggest cities in the world, it can get hectic and messy. We do our best to provide a calm and peaceful stay, however, please consider there may be noise coming from outside. We are pet friendly, there is a pet fee of $50 USD per stay because of the ammenities and additional room cleaning, it could have an extra charge in case of any eventuality. space The Capitalia team will always be on the lookout for you and for anything and/or doubts you have before, during and after your stay. Visitors are only permitted with a written request and prior authorization from our reservations team. If you’re using parking, your car will be inspected by staff. We are not responsible for damages, theft, or lost valuables. Do not move any furniture or appliances from their original place. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use, and always close windows and lock the door when leaving. Be respectful when using common areas. Please follow building rules and treat other guests and staff kindly. Do not unplug electronic devices, as this may interfere with essential services or systems. Smoking, drugs, and firearms are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations may result in penalties of up to $500 USD. No food or drinks on beds or sofas to avoid stains or damage to furniture. Do not flush hygiene products down the toilet. Use the designated trash bins. Please check thoroughly for personal belongings before check-out. We are not responsible for items lost or not placed in the safe. Report any damages, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly. Any damages, losses, or extra cleaning needs will be charged to your reservation. Any damage or extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to your reservation.
