So it really only leaves one additional spot for a vehicle) BIKES: 3 Bikes for your enjoyment. Additional bikes can be delivered at an additional fee. GOLF CART: 6 Seater Electric Golf Cart AMENITIES: Being a guest in WaterColor community, you have access to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, Frog Pond, Private Beach Access, Boat House, and Tennis Courts. Please note that anyone 5+ years will be required to have a wristband to be able to get into any of the amenities. This condo is allowed up to 10 wristbands max.
