The TV not only amazes with HD quality, but also features a Home Theater Sound System. A true highlight of the villa is its pool with eco-friendly solar heating and beautiful views of the canal. For some rest and relaxation, try the steaming jacuzzi. The pool area faces west, so stunning sunsets await you. And why not fire up the modern gas grill in the pool area and have a barbecue with your family? If you like to cook, you will love the villa's kitchen, complete with a spacious counter, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and blender. There are large dining tables in the lanai and the living room. You need to get some work done and have to print or scan something? No problem. The villa features an office for guests.
