The home is in a central location close to either the nor...th or south bridge to the Siesta Key beaches and Village. One small dog is allowed with pet fee. Peaceful pool and pond views from almost every room in the house. You will be living the Florida lifestyle in this 1,929 sq. ft. spacious home with a split bedroom floor plan. The primary ensuite bedroom on one side and the two bedrooms and one bathroom on the other side of the house. The primary ensuite bedroom features a walk-in closet and the adjoining bathroom has double sinks along with a walk-in shower. The two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house provide ample privacy and share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
