You can't beat this ideal location for shopping, restaurants, and more! Just 1...0 minutes to Peterson AFB and 12 minutes to UC Health Memorial Hospital. Other military installations and hospitals are also super close! There are 2 master bedrooms upstairs each with an en-suite bathroom! There is also a laundry room upstairs. The main level consists of a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals with a small 2-person table to eat or work at. There is also room to sit at the bar top counter. The cozy living room has a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV! Snuggle up to a good movie or just sit down and relax by the warm fireplace! Head to the basement, "Man" Cave and enjoy a game of pool or kick back and relax. There is also an office in the basement if you must do some work!
