The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for both short visits and longer stays, including a Keurig coffee maker and essential cookware. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and peaceful setting for a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom is clean, updated, and efficiently laid out. Like many homes in Colorado Springs, this cottage does not have central AC. However, the area's mild climate keeps things comfortable most of the year. Window AC units are provided during warmer summer months if needed. The space is compact but ideal for two guests, a couple with a child, or guests traveling with a fur baby. We are pet-friendly and welcome extended stays for those relocating or house hunting in the area. 🍃 Outdoors Step outside to your own private, fully fenced yard, a rare feature in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs.
