From May 1 through May 22, the indoor pool is available daily from 800 PM. Once the in-season begins on May 23, both the indoor and outdoor pools are open daily from 1000 PM, with lifeguards on duty. From July 1 through August 31, homeowners enjoy a special 30-minute early access beginning at 900 AM. On September 1, both pools remain open from 1000 PM. Between September 2 and September 21, hours adjust slightly to 1000 PM. The outdoor pool closes for the season on September 22nd. From September 22 through September 30, the indoor pool reverts to off-season hours of 800 PM daily. In addition to the pools, guests also have access to the gym, library, and clubhouse Wi-Fi from May 1 through September 30, open daily from 800 PM. Sauna access is limited to owners only and requires signing out through management. The interactive splash fountains operate from May 26 onward, open from 1000 PM and again from 600 PM. Fountain hours may be adjusted during thunder or lightning for safety. Resort Extras Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Saunas 25 Max occupancy - NO PETS ALLOWED. We do not allow any pets for any reason. We love our furry friends but we can't have them in this home. Please book someplace else is this will be an issue for you. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine if pets are in the unit. - NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind. This home is smoke free including balconies. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony. - Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines. - All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean Citys noise control ordinance.
