Our lakefront home is recently renovated, light-drenched, and focuses on quality materials and high-end finishes. The home offers an open floor plan, 2 separate floors to entertain on, and 3 large, distinct outdoor spaces. The main floor includes an open-kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Our large windows allow you to look out onto the lake while cooking your favorite meal or relaxing in the living room and watching TV by the gas fireplace. From the main floor you can access both outdoor spaces - an elevated large deck with BBQ grill and a screened in patio! Downstairs relax and unwind on the couches with the large TV and Fooseball table. Walk out from downstairs onto the large deck with 7-person hot tub. Per HOA rules, 12 guests total, regardless of age. DOCK Included in your stay is exclusive use of the dock, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 1 pedal boat! Our driveway allows for parking of up to 5 cars. For anyone age 7 and above the pass is $8-$10/day/person. Please note that this property is located in a community that requires guest registration. To meet this requirement, all required documentation must be submitted no later than 3 days before check-in. If the documentation is not provided on time, a $100 late fee will be charged to the guests. HOUSE RULES Big Bass Lake restricts rentals to family use only, we do not rent out to groups or parties. Groups or parties will be turned away at gate check-in, with no refund. Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors. Well behaved dogs under 15lbs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking. Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children. Please note guests must fill out a rental permit with the association 5 days prior to arrival. A link will be provided post booking. Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs. Maximum of 12 guests total, regardless of age. We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
