I live close by and will be able to assist when needed :) The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. You are conveniently located near the following places: - Kayak Point (7 min) - Camano Island (20 min) - Marysville/Everett (25-32 min) - Seattle ( 1hr 15 min) - Arlington (25 min I recommend ride sharing platform like Uber and Lyft. There is also a nearby bus stop a short walk away. - There is parking in front of the house. Please do not block any of the neighbors driveways. - There are steps that lead to front door. - In order to book this property, a waiver must be signed. - This house has 2 private bedrooms. The master suite is the entire second floor which is a semi private open loft with a master bathroom and office space. (see photos) - Lake Martha is a quiet lake and is great for fishing and kayaking. (no motor boats or jet skies allowed)
