Casa Brooks is an expansive and beautiful hacienda-style luxury villa rental. Surrounding the property are large fire features and seating/lounging for 16+, formal dining area, 16-person hot tub, and a gourmet kitchen. The indoor courtyard gives this villa an unbeatable ambience and tranquil setting to enjoy your vacation. Casa Brooks hosts 10 bedrooms on 2-floors. As part of the 10 bedrooms, the Villa has a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and full kitchen. In addition, there is a den that can accommodate extra guests with 2 single beds. This sprawling 1,800-acre community is a paradise for golf enthusiasts, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, where every hole offers ocean views. The community is home to multiple luxury resorts, including Hacienda Del Mar, which boasts Pitahayas Restaurant, a beautiful beachfront dining experience, luxurious spa, and full-scale gym (available for additionally daily fee, subject to availability). For the adventurous at heart, Cabo Del Sol offers a plethora of outdoor activities, from biking and hiking trails to leisurely walks along a pristine stretch of soft sandy beach. This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel. * Nightly rate does not include 20% Govt IVA. * Maximum occupancy of 22 guests, an additional $150 USD per person per night over 18 guests. * 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later. HOUSE RULES: - No Smoking - No Pets - No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement). - Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc. - Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival. - Outside contracted services are not permitted as this will jeopardize our guest's safety and security deposit. Your Concierge is available to help book any additional services. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners. - Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special situation, please contact us to discuss the best option for your vacation. ** Please Note: Elements of the villa change from time-to-time. This can include, but is not limited to: furniture, finishes, appliances, new homes/structures, and/or foliage that may block the view. We strive to update our photos when a major element changes the villa's look and feel, but cannot be held responsible for damaged items that need to be replaced to ensure the comfort of our guests and/or plant growth. Please discuss this with your villa specialist and they will be happy to confirm photos or send you updated images to ensure your villa selection is an informed decision. ~ FAQ ~ Q: Do you allow events and weddings at this villa? A: Yes! We have hosted many weddings, up to 70 ppl, and several events. An additional night's stay will be required as an "event fee". This fee will also provide additional cleaning staff, security, and permits within the HOA. Q: Can you walk to the beach? A: The beach is a 15-min walk or 5-min golf cart ride. Q: What does the Butler do? A: Your Butler will ensure your vacation is seamless. From helping with luggage to making drinks to arranging pool towels and tidying the house, your Butler will also help work the house (TV/music), start coffee in the morning and help with meal service.
