In this sublime region of Cabo, Casa Mar is a secure retreat of timeless serenity, comfort, and charm. In a seductive and intimate atmosphere, this exquisite home provides every amenity you desire for couples, family or friends. Entering the front door, you are immediately met with wide ocean views as you step into an expansive living room, dining room and kitchen that co-exist as one large entertaining area. Pocket doors in the living and dining room allow the walls to disappear creating an open-air living space encompassing the lush outdoor patio, pool and dining area. The sophisticated and understated decor of the luxury villa rental offers a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Neutral tones, natural materials, and artwork, that has been meticulously chosen, all reflect the natural beauty surrounding the home. Strategically situated on the Tourist Corridor of Cabo San Lucas, Cabo Del Sol boasts a number of great amenities while being just 15-minutes outside of downtown Cabo San Lucas. This sprawling 1,800-acre community is a paradise for golf enthusiasts, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, where every hole offers ocean views. The community is home to multiple luxury resorts, including Hacienda Del Mar, which boasts Pitahayas Restaurant, a beautiful beachfront dining experience, luxurious spa, and full-scale gym (available for additionally daily fee, subject to availability). They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo. HOUSE RULES: - No Smoking - No Pets - No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement) - Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc. - Any existing damages (previous to rental) must be reported to Cabo Platinum within 24 hours of arrival. - Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival. - No outside contracted services as this would jeopardize our guests' safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners. - Your Cabo Platinum villa rental includes a personal concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo. - Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special situation, please call us so we can discuss the best option for your vacation. ** Please Note: Elements of the villa change from time-to-time. This can include, but is not limited to: furniture, finishes, appliances, new homes/structures, and/or foliage that may block the view.
