This impressive oceanfront villa occupies the most enviable location in the private and gated enclave of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, capturing the biggest views of the Pacific Ocean. Perched high on a cliff overlooking Land's End, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean, Villa Penasco offers the ultimate in natural beauty and first-class luxury. On the spacious main terrace, guests take in the magnificent ocean view from the hot tub or infinity pool as you listen to the soothing sounds of its waterfall and the crashing waves below. This luxury villa rental boasts over 9,000 square feet and features a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. The scenic dining room seats 16 and fully opens to the main terrace. After dinner, relax around the large stone fireplace in the living room. Each beautiful suite has a full marble bath, private terrace, TV, refrigerator, safe and fabulous view. Villa Penasco provides a boardroom with a large-screen, surround-sound theater system, computer, high-speed, wireless Internet, 300-DVD movie collection, library, and fax machine perfect for a company work retreat. Other special amenities include a fitness room and a keycard security access system. Your trip is complete with daily butler service from 8:30am - 6pm, daily housekeeping, and a 24/7 Personal Concierge. *Nightly rates do not include 19% Govt IVA. HOUSE RULES: - No Smoking - No Pets - No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement) - Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc. - Any existing damages (previous to rental) must be reported to Cabo Platinum within 24 hours of arrival. - Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival. - No outside contracted services as this would jeopardize our guests' safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners. - Your Cabo Platinum villa rental includes a personal concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo. - Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy.
