From the moment you step inside this villa, you will be surrounded by utter luxury and comfort. The house is filled with granite and travertine countertops, Arizona flagstone flooring, wood-beamed ceilings, and high-end finishes. All 8 suite-style bedrooms have terrace access, HDTV's, A/C, and en-suite bathrooms. A fully-equipped kitchen and dining table for 14 people is the perfect setting for a private chef meal. Guests can enjoy spending a nice evening with the family in the home theater room that features a 103" screen and reclining chairs for 12. The exterior portion of Villa Tranquilidad boasts over 26,000 square feet. With enough space for big groups, this home is perfect for your next corporate retreat, destination wedding, or other special event. When staying here, there is very little reason to leave the property as you'll already be in paradise. Your days will be enjoyed in the 1,100+ square foot infinity pool listening to your favorite tunes with a drink in hand. Nights will be cherished lounging by the fire pit and soaking in the jacuzzi. Other outdoor amenities include a large palapa structure with BBQ, outdoor dining, shade structures, and plenty of different seating options.
