Please contact us with any questions and we will give you as much information as possible * Casa Stella is one of those homes that you come and you just may never want to leave. This expansive villa is located on the highest street inside the cliffside community of Pedregal. Even though this home is perched high in the sky, it's still only minutes away from the action of downtown Cabo San Lucas where you can enjoy fine dining, nightlife, shopping, Cabo's famous marina, and more. This 4-story, 10-bedroom home features all the luxury amenities needed to make you feel like you are staying in your own private resort. Among the 12,200 interior square feet of Casa Stella resides two gourmet kitchens, one gourmet and one chef's kitchen with industrial appliances. You won't need to leave the villa to enjoy a world-class massage in the spa rooms, a workout in the complete home gym with cardio and weight machines, or a sauna after your exercise. The kids will love this house as it features 14 Smart HDTV's, an Xbox, and a home theater room. Other amenities include Sonos surround sound, formal bar, water filtration system, individual climate control A/C in all bedrooms, and more. While you could undoubtedly spend your entire day inside this home and enjoy it to the fullest, it's probably not the reason you're coming to Cabo. You're probably coming to enjoy the beautiful warm weather, stunning ocean views, and delicious margaritas. Well, the good news is that you can do all of these things right here at Casa Stella. Your days can be spent swimming in the 70' infinity pool, grabbing a drink from the bar and outdoor living area with a fridge and icemaker, or enjoying some BBQ under one of the several shaded areas. Your nights can be cherished soaking in the hot tub or sitting by the fire pit and listening to crashing waves. Other exterior amenities include an outdoor media system and TV, garden, outdoor shower, dining area, and more. There is a dedicated team of on-site staff at the villa daily: chefs, bartender, attendants, and housekeeping (team of 6, from 8am-5pm). If you would like butler/bartender to work after 5pm, the rate is $75 USD/hour. For the full-service experience at Casa Stella, villa staff can provide cooking services for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Fees to be paid in cash, directly to the staff. The cost of food is not included. 1 - 8 guests - $250 USD per meal 9 - 14 guests - $350 USD per meal 15 - 20 guests - $400 USD per meal * Note: Only the house staff can operate the commercial equipment (double pizza ovens, deep fryer, Vulcan high-heat broiler and griddle) ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock, and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo. * Nightly rates DO include 20% Govt.
