Villa La Finca Tezal allows guests to uninhibitedly spend days in the pool or laying in the sun and catching a tan. Whether you're coming to Cabo for a peaceful and private vacation or you're coming to be close to the action, this villa checks all of the boxes. * Nightly rate DOES include 20% Govt IVA. * An additional $75 USD per person per night will be built into the nightly rate for groups over 12 guests. Max occupancy is 16 guests. ALL CABO PLATINUM VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo. ** Please Note: Elements of the villa change from time-to-time.
