Please have fun during your stay. The rules are in place for a reason and we will enforce them. No smoking (inside and outside within 100 feet even on the balcony). There is a $500 minimum fee. No parties No sand in the apartment. Please note that our property maintains a strict no-pets policy. If a pet is found on the premises at any time during your stay, a minimum penalty fee of $500 will be applied. No loud noise in the unit during your stay. If your unit is unusually loud and I get complaints from the neighbors/other guests, I will have to ask you to leave and take the full security deposit. Please note that the noise level is particularly important during the “quiet hoursâ€, from 10 pm to 8 am. Avoid any spills on the rug and sofa. No permanent stain on the white towels we provide you. Do not leave the unit with the AC ON, anytime you leave the property for the beach, at checkout, etc. Electricity is extremely pricey on the island. You may be charge an extra fee if we see evidence of an excessive usage. Remove shoes in the unit. It's more sanitary for everyone this way. The adjoining door is securely locked and inaccessible for your safety. Important Check-in Information To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in: Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly. Option 2: $79 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
