The rules are in place for a reason and we will enforce them. No smoking (inside and outside within 100 feet). There is a $500 minimum fee. No trash left in the apartment. There is no trash collection at any property in St John (island life!). You must bring your trash to this dumpster here, just few steps from the property going up and left. It is critical that at checkout, you do not leave any trash inside the property in any trash bin or outside the property. This is very disruptive for the cleaning team and there is a minimum fee of $500 for any trash left. Thank you for your understanding. No parties No sand in the apartment. Please note that our property maintains a strict no-pets policy. If a pet is found on the premises at any time during your stay, a minimum penalty fee of $500 will be applied. No loud noise in the unit during your stay. If your unit is unusually loud and I get complaints from the neighbors/other guests, I will have to ask you to leave and take the full security deposit. Please note that the noise level is particularly important during the quiet hours, from 10 pm to 8 am. Avoid any spills on the rug. No permanent stain on the white towels we provide you. Do not leave the unit with the AC ON, anytime you leave the property for the beach, at checkout, etc. Electricity is extremely pricey on the island. You may be charge an extra fee if we see evidence of an excessive usage. Do not drink the tap water from the unit. The entire property only operates on rain water stored in cisterns. It is critical that you limit the amount of water you use. Thank you for your understanding. The water is filtered but it is NOT drinkable.
