Steps from Queen St and the CN Tower, this home is perfect for new visitors and tourists looking to be in the centre of all the action. All attractions, shops and restaurants are walking distance so the location cannot be any more convenient! space... We may ask you sign waiver forms and submit IDs prior to arrival. -Quiet hours after 9PM. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. This is to avoid parties and all guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. - Maximum amount is 2 guests. - Building amenities are not offered/available for use. - Carpet stains or furniture stains after checkout will result in minimum ($99 CAD) cleaning fee. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If smoking evidence and/or odour found minimum ($249CAD) remedy fee will be charged. It is highly problematic for the next guests. - Lost key and/or fob replacement fee ($175CAD)
