- No smoking inside the property - Absolutely no parties of any kind, the neighbors have been instructed to let us know if a party is to be found and police will be called and reservation cancelled without refund - No smoking marijuana inside the home, a remediation fee of $250 will be charged if this is to be found - No shoes inside the home - If keys are lost a re locking and change of lock fee of $300 will be charged - The back yard is shared but you are free to use it when available - If linens are stained with wine, juice or food, a replacement fee of $75 will be charged - Please no more than 2 people on the deck -We have tenants downstairs so please be respectful of noise after hours. This is a family friendly neighborhood
