We have neighbours that have been instructed to call the police if needed if an illegal party is to be found - No Additional guests inside the house besides the amount listed on your original reservation. Our maximum amount is 6 guests. - Building management/maintenance may require access to the unit at anytime during your stay. - Temporary water shutoff is possible during your stay due to building maintenance/repairs. - Building amenities are not offered/available for use. - Carpet stains or furniture stains after checkout will result in minimum ($199 CAD) cleaning fee. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
