Our maximum amount is 2 guests. - Building management/maintenance may require access to the unit at anytime during your stay. - Temporary water shutoff is possible during your stay due to building maintenance/repairs. - Building amenities are not offered/available for use. - Carpet stains or furniture stains after checkout will result in minimum ($199 CAD) cleaning fee. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If smoking evidence and/or odour found minimum ($299CAD) remedy fee.
