Welcome to our chic urban oasis in downtown Toronto, nestled next to the vibrant Yorkville district and prestigious University of Toronto. Enjoy the perfect blend of luxury and convenience in our stylishly furnished apartment, boasting stunning city... views. Explore renowned shopping, dining, and cultural attractions just steps away. Our home sleeps 4 with a Sofa Bed and a plush Queen sized mattress in the bedroom. space - We may ask you sign waiver forms and submit IDs prior to arrival. -Quiet hours after 10PM. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. This is to avoid parties and all guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. - Maximum amount is 3 guests. - Building amenities are not offered/available for use. - Carpet stains or furniture stains after checkout will result in minimum ($99 CAD) cleaning fee. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE. If smoking evidence and/or odour found a minimum ($249CAD) remediation will be added . It is highly problematic for the next guests. - Lost key and/or fob replacement fee ($175CAD)
