Enjoy a cozy and spacious townhome in the vibrant Liberty Village, just a short walk from Lake Ontario. Perfect for a long or short stays, my space offers Stroll to the waterfront, cafes and restaurants, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitche...n, and cozy bedroom. Amenities No smoking in the unit, if smoking is to be found $350 remediation charge will occur Lost Keys and Fob ($250 replacement fee) Absolutely no parties or more than 2 guests in the space. If an illegal party is to be found, all guests will be removed with no refund and police will be called. The neighbours have also been instructed to call police for illegal parties. Please no shoes in the house Late Check out will be charged for a fee. If you need to check in early or stay late please let us know before hand so we can make arrangements.
