- We may ask you sign waiver forms and submit IDs prior to arrival. -Quiet hours after 10PM. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. This is to avoid parties and all guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. - Maximum amount is 4 guests. - Building amenities are not offered/available for use. - Carpet stains or furniture stains after checkout will result in minimum ($99 CAD) cleaning fee. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If smoking evidence and/or odour found minimum ($299CAD + tax) remedy fee will be charged. It is highly problematic for the next guests. - Lost key and/or fob replacement fee ($175CAD+tax)
