We have neighbours that have been instructed to call the police if needed. - No Additional guests inside the house besides the amount listed on your original reservation. Our maximum amount is 2 guests. - Building management/maintenance may require access to the unit at anytime during your stay. - Temporary water shutoff is possible during your stay due to building maintenance/repairs. - Building amenities are not offered/available for use. - Carpet stains or furniture stains after checkout will result in minimum ($199 CAD) cleaning fee. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If smoking evidence and/or odour found minimum ($299CAD) remedy fee. It is highly problematic for the next guests. - Stained/damaged towel replacement fee ($30CAD) - Stained/damaged linens fee ($50CAD) - Lost key and/or fob replacement fee ($175CAD)
