•â â No smoking in the unit, if smoking is to be found $350 remediation charge will occur •â â Lost Keys and Fob ($250 replacement fee) •â â Absolutely no parties or more than 6 guests in the space. If an illegal party is to be found, all guests will be removed with no refund and police will be called. The neighbors have also been instructed to call police for illegal parties. •â â Please no shoes in then house •â â Late Check out will be charged for a fee. If you need to check in early or stay late please let us know before hand so we can make arrangements. •â â Stained Linens with Alcohol, wine or food will be charged at $30-$50 per item.
