They are very sensitive, and we want them to stay healthy for all to enjoy! 🎶 No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels) 🎉No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed (exterior video surveillance located outside may be used to monitor activity) 🚭No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (we do allow smoking outside the home only) -vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home If any smoking discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation; (Note: A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $500 House Rules Violation fee) 👨🏻👩🏻No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count.
