Not only is it just one block from the waves, it has everything you need after a day at the beach This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach lo...cals, and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. Were happy to carry on the tradition of welcoming guests to our favorite Florida beach town! This unit is quite simply a lot of fun. From the vibrant mural in the living area, inspired by the classic surfer film The Endless Summer, to the patio dining table tucked into tropical landscaping, to the colorful art and vintage fabric patterns a stay here is like a breath of fresh (sea) air. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, a microwave and, of course, a coffee pot for getting your morning started before you set off. A bistro table for two is perfect for planning your day while you caffeinate. When you get back, nothing beats a blast of A/C, a cool shower in your full bathroom, and a cold cocktail on the patio. Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.
