Often you can set them even higher in the 80's and they will still keep the space comfortable and cool. Please do not put them below 68 degrees. This is an oceanfront home and these units are constantly battling the elements of sand, salt, rust, and corrosion. They can be fragile, if you run them under 68 you seriously place them at risk. If you leave the unit for an extended period of time please turn the A/C up to 87 degrees, or the highest setting. We promise the home will be cool when you return and you can turn them down to meet your needs when you return. 11) There is a one-car garage that you can use at your own risk. It is narrow and steep so it can be difficult to get in and out of. PARK in the parking spaces/areas indicated in the Airbnb listing. They are directly out front of the garage. DO NOT park in front of our neighbor's homes. 12) This property has a private oceanfront pool for your use and enjoyment. Please abide by our pool rules including no drinks (especially alcoholic) in the pools Once again your use of this home and its amenities are at your own risk and we disclaim any liability. 13) The lockboxes are for the use of registered guests and the property and the code should never be shared with anyone else. This is dangerous for you the guest and us the hosts. Also, do not change the lockbox code. 14) Maintenance issues will likely come up during your stay. This is a large property right on the ocean with nine air conditioners, five bathrooms, three stoves, refrigerators, and laundry facilities. We require 24 hours to rectify issues that may arise and please realize that it is difficult to get help late at night or over the weekend but we will do our very best. 15) Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island but it is not Hawaii. The infrastructure on this island can be unstable. We can not guarantee you will not experience unplanned outages of water, electricity, or internet, especially during Hurricane season. You will be staying in a home that is less than 50 feet away from where the water breaks and during high tide that can be less than 25 feet. You will experience nature, we can not control small critters coming and going (ie bugs). There are many varieties of water bugs, flies, hermit crabs, other crabs, iguanas, and other wildlife. We will not give refunds for incidents that are completely out of our control, please consider them part of the experience. 16) Please be respectful of our home and its furnishings. 17) We are generally available to assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out if we can be of service and we hope you will enjoy your stay!
