The moment you... walk in, you’ll feel the calm and comfort of a space that’s been thoughtfully prepared just for you. You’re renting directly from me, the owner, and I truly care about making your stay special. 🛏️ Spacious, Comfortable Bedrooms This is a second-floor, top-unit located in a quiet, green neighborhood with a resort-like feel. As you walk in, the master bedroom is immediately to your left. It includes a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a relaxing jetted tub. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and private loft bedroom with two queen beds, its own full bathroom, and a walk-in closet — perfect for larger groups or families who want extra space. The living room also has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space. 🍳 Full Kitchen with Essentials Provided To your right is a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need for home-cooked meals. I’ve taken care of the basics too — including paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and garbage bags — so you don’t have to worry about packing or shopping for supplies. 🛋️ Open Living Space & Cozy Corners The main living area features a wide open layout, complete with a reading nook, dining table, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV. Large windows and a glass door let in tons of sunlight and lead out to a private balcony overlooking a peaceful pond. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening breeze. Just steps from the condo, there’s a picnic area and BBQ grills set up beside the pond — a lovely touch for outdoor meals or unwinding under the stars. 🧺 In-Unit Washer & Dryer A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the condo — ideal for beach days, longer stays, or traveling light. 📍 Perfect Surfside Location You're just five minutes from the beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions. Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet are also just minutes away, so you’re right in the middle of it all while still enjoying a peaceful, laid-back neighborhood. There’s plenty of free parking right in front of the building. 👶 Traveling with a Baby? I offer a portable crib with bassinet, available upon request. Please let me know when booking or at least three days before your arrival, and I’ll have it set up for you — subject to availability. 📚 Custom Local Guidebooks Check out my guidebooks for recommendations on everything from pet-friendly restaurants and parks to local shopping and must-see spots. I’ve put them together to help you experience the best of Surfside and the surrounding area. 🚫 House Rules No smoking inside the condo. No parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. All I ask is that you treat the space with respect 🔞 Age Restrictions There are no age restrictions here.
