This gorgeous, beach-themed 2-bedroom condo is all about comfort, convenience, and good vibes. Whether you're here to relax by the ...pool, soak in the sun at the beach, or explore all the local attractions—this is your perfect home base. 🏖 LOCATION IS EVERYTHING You're right in the heart of Myrtle Beach! ✈️ Just 10 minutes from the airport 🏝 Only 5 minutes to the beach 🎡 Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves, Grand Prix, Wax Museum, mini golf, top-rated restaurants and nightlife — all within a 5-minute drive ⛳ Close to some of the best golf courses in the area Beautiful condo with a cool nautical vibe. The space is very roomy and well lit with huge windows. Large Smart TVs in every room. Large capacity washer/dryer, ceiling fans, comfy furniture and a patio overlooking the pool. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the bathroom from the room. Full kitchen with all appliances, Keurig, toaster, blender, and all your kitchen cooking and eating needs. The balcony with table and chairs overlooks beautiful, manicured lawns and the pool. Access to the balcony from living room or master bedroom. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Keurig with coffee pods, sugars and creamer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you’ll need. We also supply starter spices and oils. You should have everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay. You’ll absolutely fall in love with this condo. This is my personal condo, so you are renting directly from the owner. The feeling you get when walking in to one of my condos is pure relaxation and joy that you’ve picked the right place. I care about my guests and it shows The entire condo is yours to enjoy. Including pool & BBQ area. Keypad entry. I’m a Myrtle Beach local and I am available to answer questions or requests. Just text me. I’m pretty quick with responses. *Towels are provided for showers only. Please don’t take towels to pool or beach. Age restriction’s: I do not have an age restriction. Rules are the same for all guests. No parties or large gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course respect my place. Babies: I have a portable crib with bassinet. If you’d like me to set it up for you, please let me know at booking or at least 3 days before arrival. *subject to availability Pets: $99 Pet Fee Fur babies are loved and welcome. All pet dogs and cats must be housebroken. The pet may not be allowed to urinate or defecate inside the residence. All pets must be walked outside in designated grass areas and immediately and properly dispose of any waste. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bed. Should excess hair, odor or stains be found on linens, blankets, pillows and such, tenant will be responsible for the cost of replacing such items. I understand it may be difficult to prevent a pet that’s used to sitting on furniture to do so. If so, please bring your own blankets to put down.
