Welcome to your tranquil and modern retreat in Half Moon Bay! Perfect for couples, family vacations, or business travelers, our spacious home is designed for comfort and fun. space - Walk your pets outside as needed to avoid urinating / droppings... in the houses front/ back yard. - Do not leave pets at home unsupervised, if you leave the unit you should take them with you. - All pets must be well trained/ behaved as to not disrupt neighbors. Half Moon Bay/El Granada `94018-8142` access We respond promptly to messages, calls or e-mails. neighborhood By car, downtown Half Moon Bay is 5-10 minutes, SFO is 25 minutes, and downtown San Francisco is 40 minutes. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors and party-sized visitors are not allowed. We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night. houseRules keep outside noise to a minimum at all the time, quiet hour after 10pm. - No smoking in or around the house. - No Events or Parties allowed. - Separate trash for recycling purposes. -We do have coyotes and other animals that lives near mountains, avoid being out late alone. - Parking is limited to 3 cars max. - Please dont use our towel to remove makeups, or anything would cause stains. - No outside shoes inside of the house, for better comfort, please pack your own indoor shoes. - Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose. - Please park on our side of the house, in front of the garage or near the mailbox. We're not responsible for cars being Towed away due to illegal parking in neighbors parking lots - Street Parking is limited, at best impossible, so please carpool "Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards.
