Starting December 1, we’ll swi...tch to heating the Viento West corner pool for the slower season, then switch back on March 1, 2026. The main pool jacuzzi, both rooftop jacuzzis, and the West rooftop pool will remain heated throughout. No pets are allowed. This includes service animals and emotional support animals in Mexico. This is a resort policy, and the rules and laws in Mexico are different from those in other countries. No refunds will be given if you attempt to bring any animal. Soleil and Towers have pickleball courts and a basketball court (Racquet Club).
