- The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. Violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. - All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. - No underage drinking. - No drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. - Security cameras are in use outside for protection. - TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. - Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
