- Please sort recycling - Please remove your shoes - Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a moderate level 10pm - 9am - Please let us know if you are bringing a dog and please share some basic info (breed, age, etc) - Dogs must be 50 lbs or less and are not allowed on the furniture. A $250 cleaning and dander removal fee along with a $1,000 fully refundable pet deposit will be charged for all dogs. - Service dogs must be with their handler at all times (they cannot be left at home alone under any circumstances). - No cats, birds or rodents allowed (personal allergies) - No local stays - Booking must start no more than 3 days from the date of first availability (no more than 7 days from January throughout March) - Please do not have mail or small packages sent to the apartment - No unapproved commercial use of any kind, including but not limited to photography, video and audio recording. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing professional photography, video, or audio equipment. - No downloading of illegal content, pirated content, etc. Any assessed fines or legal inquiries will be passed along. - Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and AC when not in use and please do not run air conditioners with the windows open at the same time. If the utility bill increases by more than 50%, we will ask you please cover the difference in cost. - $150 charge for each set of keys not returned at the time of checkout. Additional charges may be required if security has been compromised and locks need to be changed. - $50 fee for not returning keys as instructed at check-out (Keys need to please be returned as they were picked up) - For 30+ night stays, a bi-weekly clean will be added to your stay. This is an additional $175 every 2 weeks - If for any reason access is not granted for cleaning or the cleaning needs to be canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a $100 cleaning cancellation fee will apply (Cleaner's rules, not mine. Sorry!) - Renters insurance is required for the course of your stay. I can recommend Lemonade, which offers insurance for as little as $5/month. Renters insurance covers you, your things, and the home in case of accidents, acts of god, etc.
